The Session

Ninety minutes, then a written map.

I spend ninety minutes on how your business actually runs. Bookings or intake, customer records, invoicing, follow ups, the systems behind them and the website in front. Within five working days you get the map in writing.

Fee

$750

Fixed, paid at booking. Half of it credits toward any build. You keep the map either way.

Why people book it

One person's memory is the system.

Every morning someone opens the inbox and works out which branch each booking is for.

That works until it does not. You cannot open the next location without hiring another version of the person who holds it all in their head. You have outgrown the tools, and you are far below the size where an enterprise vendor will take your call.

How it runs

Three parts, and none of them is a pitch.

  1. 01

    Before we meet

You answer nine questions at booking. What you sell, who buys it, where customers come from, what you have already tried, and the one thing you want fixed. I read them before the call, so we do not spend the first twenty minutes on background.

  2. 02

    The ninety minutes

I ask questions about how the work moves through your business today. Who touches what, in what order, and where it stalls. This is not a pitch and there are no slides.

  3. 03

    Within five working days

You get the map in writing. It is the deliverable, not a follow up email.

The deliverable

A map, not a deck.

  • How the work runs today, in your words.
  • Where it leaks, and what that costs you each week.
  • What to fix first, second and third, and why in that order.
  • What each step should cost, so you can price the whole path before you spend anything.
  • What you can do yourself without me.
Fit

Worth ninety minutes, or not.

Book it if

  • You run an owner operated business with three to ten locations.
  • Operations live in a shared inbox, a spreadsheet, or a rented widget.
  • A next location, a launch or a hire is coming.
  • You want a working system you own, not a discovery phase and not a retainer.

Do not book it if

  • You want a website and nothing behind it.
  • You want a retainer before a diagnosis.
  • You are a single location and the current tools still fit.
  • Clinics and anything medical, which I do not take on.
What this leads to

Lemon Garden, seven branches, one week.

Seven restaurants ran out of one shared inbox. First commit on 13 July. A paid production platform for all seven branches on 20 July, on their own server, with no per booking fees. The Session is the front of that path. Read the map, then decide whether you want the build.

A build is quoted from the map at a fixed price. If you never build with me, the map is still yours.

Before you book

Fair questions.

What do I actually walk away with?

A written map of how your operation runs, where it leaks, and what to fix in what order, with a cost against each step. It arrives within five working days of the call.

What if I do not want to build anything after?

Then you keep the map and we are done. It is written so that you or another developer can act on it without me.

Does the fee come off a build?

Half of it credits toward any build we agree after the Session. The other half pays for the ninety minutes and the days of work behind the map.

What language do we speak?

Swedish, English or Arabic, whichever you prefer.

I am not ready to pay yet.

Book the free thirty minute intro call instead. Bring one problem you want gone and I will tell you honestly whether I can move it.

Bring one problem you want gone.

Pick a time, answer the nine questions at booking, and keep the ninety minutes free. The map lands within five working days.
